What is MS?

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a disease that affects the central nervous system: it disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. It is often very unpredictable and debilitating.

Why Fundraise?

More than 2.3 million people are affected by MS worldwide.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society envisions a world free of MS. To fulfill their mission, the Society funds cutting-edge research, drives change through advocacy, facilitates professional education, collaborates with MS organizations around the world, and provides programs and services designed to help people with MS and their families move forward with their lives.

Fundraising enables researchers to search for ways to stop disease progression, restore what has been lost and end MS forever.
